ആദി പാപം !  ജൂലിയ ഗോരത്തി എന്ന അമ്പട്ടണ്ടോലും ഇടിയന്‍ അന്തോന്നിച്ചനും തമ്മിലുള്ള ത്രസിപ്പിക്കുന്ന കയ്യാങ്കളി കാന്‍ബരക്കണ്ടം മൈതാനിയില്‍. പ്രവേശനം സൌജന്യം. ഹാജരാവാത്തവര്‍ പിഴയടച്ചാല്‍ "രാജ്യ ദ്രോഹി, അരാജക വാദി" എന്നീ ബഹുമതികള്‍ സ്വന്തം ശരീരത്തിന്റെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഭാഗത്ത്‌ ചാപ്പയടിപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാകുന്നു.   പിഴയടക്കാന്‍ 'ഡോളറ്സ്' കളയാനില്ല, ബഹുമതികള്‍ വാങ്ങാന്‍ ഈ ബാഡിക്ക് പാങ്ങുമില്ല. നവപൌരന്റെ അവകാശമാണ് 'വോട്ട്' - അങ്ങടാ കാച്ച്ചിക്കളയാം "കിര്‍ കിര്‍ കിര്‍" കിഴക്ക് വെള്ള  നീട്ടി വലിച്ചു കീറി. ഉറക്കച്ചവട് മാറ്റാന്‍ കട്ടനും മുറി ബീഡിയും.  ലൈഫ് ബോയ്‌ സോപ്പിട്ടൊരു നീരാട്ട്. കുട്ടിക്കൂറ പൌടരും  അത്തറും കൊണ്ടൊരഭിഷേകം. ഉള്ള മുടി ആഞ്ഞു ചീകി ...... കുട്ടപ്പന്‍ സുന്ദരന്‍!! ഇടതുകാല്‍ ചെരിച്ചു വെച്ച് കട്ടന്‍ കാപ്പിയുടെ ബലമെടുത്തു വലതു കാല്‍ പൊക്കിയോരടി. കണ്ണടച്ച് തുറക്കും മുന്‍പ് പടിയടച്ചു തെരുവിലെത്തി.  ഗൂഗിള്‍ മാര്‍ക്ക്‌ അന്വേഷണ യന്ത്രം അരുള്‍ ചെയ്തു "കുഞ്ഞാടെ, നീയിന്നു വയസ്സറിയിക്കേണ്ടത് കര്‍ത്താവിന്റെ തിരുസഭയില്‍ ആകുന്നു."   എനിക്ക് കല്പിച്ച പോളിംഗ്...

എട്ടുകാലുള്ള ബോധം

എണ്ണ തേച്ചു പിടിപ്പിച്ച ദേഹത്തിന് കണ്ണാടിത്തിളക്കം. പാട്ട പൊക്കി വെള്ളം കോരിയൊഴിക്കൽ കർമത്തിന് മുന്നൊരുക്കമായി കൈകൾ മുകളിലേക്ക്, താഴേക്ക്, പിന്നെ വശങ്ങളിലേക്ക്, കുടഞ്ഞെറിഞ്ഞു വലിഞ്ഞു മുറുകെപ്പിടിച്ചൊരഭ്യാസം. സ്വദേഹത്തിൽ ചൂട് കേറി - വാർമ്ഡ് അപ്പ്.  ഇടത്ത് കാൽ പിന്നോട്ട് വരിഞ്ഞമർന്ന്, വലത്ത് കാൽ സദൃഢം, സധൈര്യം മുന്നോട്ട് വെച്ച് പ്രവേശനം. പാത്ത് റൂമിലേക്ക്. പാത്താനല്ല. ബാത്താൻ റെഡി.    സ്‌നാനം എന്ന കർമ്മം. ദൈനം ദിന ആവർത്തനത്തിൻ്റെ  വിരസത. മനസ്സ് മന്ത്രിക്കുന്നു 'ഓൺ യുവർ മാർച്ച്. ഗെറ്റ്. സെറ്റ്. ഗോ.' ആദ്യത്തെ പാട്ട താണു, പൊങ്ങി, വീണ്ടും താണു. ഡിസംബറിൻ്റെ വയനാടൻ കുളിര് ഒരു പാട്ട വലിപ്പത്തിൽ മൂർദ്ധാവ് വഴി ഉരുണ്ടിറങ്ങി. പാതി അടഞ്ഞ കണ്ണുകളിലെ ഉറക്കച്ചടവ്‌  പമ്പ കടന്നോടി. മുന്നിലേക്ക് നീണ്ടു നിവർന്നു കിടക്കുന്ന പുത്തൻ പുതു ദിനമേ നിനക്ക് പ്രണാമം. ഞാൻ തയ്യാർ.  സോപ്പിനു കൈ നീട്ടി. എന്നാൽ കണ്ണിലുടക്കിയത് വാതിലിന് പുറത്ത് പറ്റിപ്പിടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കറുത്ത കാലുകൾ. ഒന്നും രണ്ടും അല്ല. എണ്ണം എട്ട്. നല്ലൊരു എ ക്ലാസ് എട്ടുകാലി.  കുളി നിർത്തി എട്ടുകാലി നിർമാർജനം നടത്തണോ?...
